RO: Acum 10.000 de ani, în Orientul apropiat, omul a domesticit primele oi. Și a plecat cu ele la drum. Așa îi spun ciobanii transhumanţei. Ceasul transhumanței se oprește cu fiecare familie de ciobani care alege să nu mai meargă la drum. Dar continuă să bată cu încăpăţânarea celor care încă mai dorm printre oi sub cerul liber, cei care încă trăiesc sub stele și care sunt din ce în ce mai puțini. Ultima transhumanţă este povestea lor.
ENG: Some 10.000 years ago, in the Middle East, man first domesticated sheep, and took them ‘on the road.’ That’s what shepherds call transhumance. The transhumance clock stops each time a family of shepherds choose to no longer take to the road. Nevertheless, it keeps ticking through the stubbornness of those who continue to sleep among their sheep under the clear sky – the remaining few who still live under the stars. The Last Transhumance is their story.
